I can’t speak highly enough of this place. I saw a Ford C max I was interested in and sent a text about it and immediately got a reply saying I could view it Sunday lunchtime the following day. I asked for Sunday but wasn’t expecting it.

The car was exactly what I was looking for so I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Ollie had gone above and beyond to make sure the car was prepared to the highest standard. Bear in mind this is a 13 year old car it had 4 new tyres on it even though they were only advised on MOT, it was cleaned and machine polished, and when I mentioned I didn’t like the stickers the previous owner had put on it he removed them and polished it again!

The car had been booked for a service the following day and Ollie gave me the option of taking the car same day and book for a service myself which he would pay for or let him service it and have it delivered to Stafford for free!

Even when it was delivered it was on a recovery truck (no extra mileage or getting dirty) I then realised the Air conditioning didn’t work (again it’s a 13 year old car) this isn’t covered in Ollie’s 3 month warranty but he has covered the charge to get it done.

Honestly one of the best car buying experience I’ve had and next time I buy a car the first place I will look to see if Ollie has anything I like!
