Meet The Team
Ollie Pickett – Founder & Automotive Concierge
Before founding Carscierge, I worked in management, public service, and emergency response, including roles with the Metropolitan Police and Shropshire Fire & Rescue. These experiences shaped my core values of trust, service, and responsibility, which define Carscierge today. A lifelong car enthusiast, I have a particular passion for Land Rovers and Range Rovers — especially the L405, L322, and Discovery 4 — and take pride in preparing and presenting them to the highest standard. Outside the studio, I enjoy travelling, spending time with my dogs, and, unsurprisingly, still detailing cars for fun.
Amy – Client Care & Operations
As a busy mum to a teenage daughter and six dogs, life is never quiet! After 26 years in personal tax, I chose to leave that world to help build Carscierge alongside Ollie — not just as his partner, but as part of our shared vision. I manage everything behind the scenes, from admin to client communications, ensuring every experience is seamless, professional, and stress-free. When I’m not working, I love travelling, long walks with the dogs, and indulging in shopping trips with my daughter.
Wilf - Cocker Spaniel (Born 2019)
Nicknamed Wiggle Bum because his whole body wiggles with excitement, Wilf is our bundle of energy. He loves tennis balls, delivery vans, and meeting new people, but he’s just as happy running off with one of my wash mitts or brushes.
Rupert - Cavalier King Charles (Born 2021)
Known as 'Bearby' after Rupert the Bear, Rupert is Flo’s son and the big soft baby of the family. With his teddy-bear eyes, he’s laid back, loves his walks, and never turns down a treat.
Florence (Flo) - Cavalier King Charles (Born 2019)
Flo is Rupert’s mum and very much my princess. Affectionate and gentle, she loves giving kisses and hugs, enjoys her walks and treats, and has a soft spot for babies. She’s been my rock through difficult times, and while I love them all, the bond with Flo is truly special.
Winnie - Chihuahua (Born 2019)
Our little pocket rocket. Winnie thinks she’s bigger than she is, but she is full of affection. She loves trotting on walks, goes mad for cheese (especially cheese on toast), and can often be found curled up at the end of the bed or on our laps in the evenings.
Sandy - Jackhuahua (Born 2017)
The senior of the pack, Sandy, is still full of fun. She loves cuddles, racing after Wilf on walks with her rabbit-like run, and meeting new people. Her favourite treat? Ham - mention it and she’s there instantly!
Pebbles - Jackhuahua (Born 2019)
My little shadow. Pebbles has the cutest meerkat-like pose when sitting on her back legs, and she’s incredibly loving and cuddly. She has a playful rivalry with Wilf - growling when he hogs the ball or whacks her with his wagging tail - but she secretly enjoys the chase.
